Return Policy

Thank you for understanding our return policy:

  • NO REFUNDS.  We regret that we are unable to issue refunds at this time. We do however issue store credit instead.
  • Items must be returned and or exchanged for an item or items of the same price value within 10 days of postmarked email or texted receiptAfter the 10 day grace period NO exchanges or returns will be accepted.
  • Store credit from a "return transaction" must be used within 120 days of the exchange. After 120 days, the credit is no longer available to use in store or online.
  • ALL exchanges and/or returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags ON! All credit and/or ability to exchange the item will be determined after it is returned and inspected!
  • All shoes and accessories are FINAL SALE!
  • If something is marked final sale: NO refund, NO store credit and NO exchanges.



  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS. If you are local to Columbia, Missouri, you also can bring in an online order to our storefront to return/exchange your item.
  • Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. If there's no packing slip, we are unable to accept the return. 
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
  • Damaged items must be reported to within 3 days of postmarked text or email receipt or the exchange for the damaged item will not be accepted. Please include photos of the damage items if able. 
  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged items.
